Birth, whether it is a natural vaginal delivery or via c-section, can be a traumatic experience for mom and baby. Moving from a warm, dark, and fluidic environment, to a cooler, bright and louder environment, and one that requires the lungs to work for the first time is a lot for a newborn nervous system to integrate. In a situation where medical issues for mom and baby are involved, birth can be even more difficult. Evaluation and treatment of mom and baby can significantly improve infant growth and development, as well as the physical and emotional health of the caregivers involved. Specialized services include: Mom and newborn wellness evaluation Evaluation and management of tongue and lip ties. The consequences of these ties include feeding issues, suboptimal bonding, colic, mouth breathing, and eventual dental and orthodontic problems. Collaboration with integrative dentistry, lactation specialists and myofunctional therapy Evaluation and treatment of the sequelae of birth trauma and intra-uterine malpositioning including craniosynostosis and torticollis

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require two business days’ notice. Cancellations made outside of that time frame will incur the full cost of the scheduled session fee. The session fee will be waived if your time is booked by someone else. Appointment times will not be extended for late arrivals, and the full fee of the scheduled appointment will be charged. Follow up appointments will not be given until full payment is made for missed appointments.
