About Massage

The Yoga Program at Caring Hands offers yoga classes for beginners and experienced students. If you are new to yoga, start with our Beginners’ class & build strength, balance & flexibility at your own pace.  If you are an experienced student, join us in the All-Levels class & deepen your practice.

YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All classes begin with a brief guided meditation, followed by a series of poses and ending with an extended guided meditation.     

Beginners Class
This class offers fundamental yoga poses for developing strength, balance & flexibility.   Teachers give clear instructions on how to move into poses and how to vary or modify poses, encouraging students to move at their own pace.   

All-Levels Class
This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience.   A wider range of poses are offered and though some are more physically challenging than those in the Beginners Class, variations are offered so students at different levels can participate and enjoy.
