Caring Hands Center opened in 2004 at 55 Wingate Street in Haverhill as "Caring Hands Massage Therapy," a single massage therapy practice owned and operated by Alisa Povenmire, LMT. Today, Caring Hands is still owned by Alisa, but it has grown into a family of alternative health practitioners who work to foster a supportive community dedicated to promoting peace in a too-busy world. Each practitioner contributes a unique voice, spirit, and healing modality to the business. At Caring Hands, we strive to create an environment where everyone can feel at home and relax as soon as they walk in the door. In addition to our three treatment rooms, we have a Studio where we offer wellbeing workshops, and our Front Office, which is also our welcome area and tea room. We are located in the Historic Arts District of Haverhill where, in addition to our caring massage, you can find lovely art, beautiful gifts, and great food!
